When you create an account on mytradeOs, we collect your email address and display name. When you use the platform, we store data you provide including trade logs, journal entries, chart replay sessions, workspace data, and account settings. This data is stored securely in our Supabase-hosted PostgreSQL database.
We use your data solely to provide and improve the mytradeOs service. Your trade data, journal entries, and analytics are used only to generate your personal dashboards and insights. We do not sell, share, or license your personal data to third parties. We do not use your trading data to train AI models.
Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with Row Level Security (RLS) enabled on all tables — meaning only you can access your own data. Authentication is handled via Supabase Auth with secure session management. All data is transmitted over HTTPS with TLS encryption.

We use essential cookies for authentication (Supabase session cookies) and a theme preference stored in localStorage. Google Analytics uses cookies for anonymous usage tracking. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
You can export or delete your data at any time. To request data deletion, contact us at the email below. When you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed from our database (CASCADE delete on all tables).
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all data is permanently deleted. We do not keep backups of deleted user data.
